How to Use
Apply 68 pumps of The Party Peel to the face starting with the forehead, nose, sides of face, jawline, chin and above the lip. Apply 68 pumps to the neck, decollete and hands (if desired). Allow oxygenating bubbles to form. You can reactivate the oxygenating bubbles by massaging while moist until action stops. Leave on for 515 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry.
